Orchesis Season Launch Party

Let's kick off our season together! Whether you are an alumni, a choreographer, a Motif dancer, a new student, or an Orchesis fan, all are welcome! Let's celebrate everything Orchesis!

When: Saturday, October 5, 2024 | 4-7PM
Where: McKernan Community League (Weichman Main Hall) | 11341 78 Ave, Edmonton

  • Family Friendly Event
  • Light Refreshments (this will be a dry event)
  • Parking available
  • Accessible venue (elevator available)
  •  Vendors! We will have a small amount of vendors at the event
  • Dress code: Casual to dressy, no theme
  • The event will consist of socializing and dance parties
  • Donation/fundraising events will be happening at this event

Fundraising Activities

One of the options for admission is a donation that will fundraise to the admission cost, either through SkipTheDepot or FUNdrive.

For SkipTheDepot, you can bring bags of bottles/empties for collection. FUNdrive this is a partnership with Value Village, they will accept the following categories: 

1) Media (CDs/records/DVDs)
2) Books
3) Housewares (kitchen, sporting goods)
4) Soft goods (clothing)

Please place similar items in a box or bag and bring to this event.
