Meet your instructors
Michelle Bibeau is a physiotherapist and Dance instructor in Edmonton. She works at Movement First Physio & Chiro and teaches weekly drop in dance classes at Motives Dance & Fitness. Her dance journey started at the age of three in her hometown of Windsor, Ontario, where she was a competitive dancer at Edmunds Towers School of Dance. She is trained in ballet (Cecchetti), tap, jazz, contemporary, pointe, hip hop, & musical theatre. She also was employed by Holland America Cruise lines as a Cast Member, prior to obtaining her post secondary education. She loves sharing her two passions to the Edmonton dance community in the studio and clinic settings.

Mpoe Mogale (they/them) reigns from Lebowakgomo, South Africa and splits their time between amiskwaciywâskahikan and moh’kínst’sis, in the colonial state of Canada. They hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science, and a wealth of expertise in community-based research, facilitation, and arts administration.
Mpoe’s primary artmaking form is dance, with over 5 years of teaching and choreographing mainly styles created by Black folks, Mpoe is commitment to go beyond steps, and instead offer the knowledge, culture, and historical aspects that accompany dance forms such as Afrobeats, Jazz and Hip-Hop. |
Jessica Griffin, B.ED, CEC, is a movement educator and coach with over 20 years of experience in developing programs designed to make dance and fitness accessible to everyone. She is the founder and former owner of the award-winning J'Adore Dance studio and the globally recognized Intellidance Method. Currently, Jessica offers FUN-ctional fitness and dance programming specifically tailored for mid-life women through her venture, Jessica Griffin Fitness & Wellbeing. In addition to her teaching roles, she serves as an education and business consultant and executive coach, helping organizations and leaders in the dance and fitness industry to elevate their impact.
