Join us for the Orchesis Annual General Meeting to discuss the highlights of the past year and exciting projects that are coming up in the future!
This year, we are also recruiting for the executive board positions of Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer, as well as members-at-large.
The Board Chair facilitates monthly board meetings, does project management, facilitates fundraising, and works alongside the rest of the board.
The Vice Chair takes minutes at the meetings, takes the lead on grant writing and grant opportunities, and works alongside the rest of the board related to fundraising events and workshops.
The Treasurer maintains the financial records and statements, helps to facilitate payment of instructors, and sends in our reports at the end of the year.
Members-at-large attend board meetings and help with the facilitation of fundraising events, and can also support through subcommittees of different projects.
