Fundraising 2018/2019

Beyond the $105 membership fee for students to be in one dance ($120 for non-students), dancers are expected to do a minimum amount of fundraising via selling Purdy's chocolates.

Dance costs:
1 dance -> $100 ($115 non-students)
​2 dances -> $140 ($155 non-students)
3 dances -> $160 ($175 non-students)

Please note, the cost for the 1st dance must be paid through the Activity Registration Zone at U of A. The cost of a 2nd dance ($40) or 3rd dance ($20) must be paid to Orchesis Dance Society by giving cash or cheque to your Choreographer.

CAPS Coffee

Locally roasted, organic, fair trade coffee
How much will I make?
​1 lb =>  $5 profit towards costs
  • All coffee is $17 a pound
  • Print off an order form​
  • Give completed form to a class assistant
  • Forms due Thursday November 8th, 2018 (with cash or cheque made out to Orchesis Dance Society)
  • Collect your coffee at WIPS, December 8th, 2018

How much will I make?
1 case (30 boxes) => $30 profit towards costs

Steeped Tea

How much will I make?
1 item => $4.80 profit towards costs
  • All items are $12
  • Pick up an order form in class (selection of 12 teas and 3 infusers)
  • Forms due Thursday November 8th, 2018 (with cash or cheque made out to Orchesis Dance Society)
  • ​Collect your tea at WIPS, December 8th, 2018
